Waraphon (Naw Bu Ghay) was born stateless. She has an older brother and a little brother. She likes to draw and paint. After school, she does her homework and then do the dishes. Sometimes if her mother is out collecting vegetables or selling desserts, she takes care of her baby brother. She is a very good kid. She is polite and obedient. She has a scar on her head from a burning candle that her brother dropped on her head when she was about a month old. Her name, Naw Bu Ghay, means "lucky girl" because she was still alive from the accident. Naw Bu Ghay needs a scholarship for her future education.
