Dear Friends,

My name is Finny Mathews, and I want to personally share why this mission matters so deeply to me.

I was born and raised in India in a family of eight, living in a small home where we often faced hunger and lacked even the most basic necessities. But my mother, Grace, had a vision for our lives that went far beyond our circumstances. Despite having little education herself, she fought tirelessly to ensure her children received one—selling books door to door and even helping start a school so other children could have the same opportunity.

Because of her determination, every one of us was able to build a better future. Her belief in education didn’t just change our lives—it shaped the mission of Empower Network International.

Today, there are millions of children growing up in poverty with the same potential but without someone to guide them or invest in their future. That’s why we exist.

We carry forward this vision through a simple three-step model:

• Empower Children: Provide tuition, books, transportation, and encouragement to help children complete their education.
• Equip Educators: Partner with schools to equip and train teachers and strengthen educational excellence.
• Strengthen Communities: Fund school infrastructure improvements and sustainable projects like water wells and agriculture to support long-term transformation.

I have seen firsthand how one opportunity can change the trajectory of a life—and even a generation.
